TERMS:
1. Sheet music and CD/tape is required.
2. Zac must recieve the song no later then 2 weeks before practice. If teaching more then one song or entire show at one time, Zac must have music not later then 1 month prior to practices.
3. A contract will be signed between the choir director and Zac stating that the director understands all terms, hours and payments.
4. Zac has the right to cancle practices for any reason (weather, family issues, travel problems) and will notify the director as early as possible and will set a time to reschedule.
5. The director has the right to cancle practices for any reasons, but must notify Zac as early as possible. If Zac is already in route or in the city, certain travel expenses may be added to your ending total.
6. A set amount of hours are set with each package (listed below) if the director would like to add more hours with Zac each hour will be charged $50-65.00/hour and added to the ending total.
7. If you require Zac to come out at a late notice, no less then 2 days, you will be charged $75.00/hour and added to the ending total.
8. A payment option will be set up at time of siging the contract these options are:
1. Payment at first practice.
2. Half of the payment at first practice and half at the last practice.
3. Payment on the last practice (only available in certain areas).
4. All choirs in "white" and "Maroon" states have to pay upfront or half and half.

9. All payments 1 month over due date will inquire a 1.5% interest charge per month. All payments over 2 months late will be sent to school treasurer for payment and then school board if not paid within 2.5 months.
10. Certain travel condiditons apply and may be different with each school. For exact travel conditions please talk to Zac.
